Hourly Rate

· One (1) hour minimum

· Additional time billed in 15 minute increments 

· Mileage Policy applies

· Cost of merchandise and/or any fee responsibility of client

· Deposit may be required

· No refunds

· Time includes round trip travel

· Payment due & payable at conclusion of service

Hourly Packages

Hourly Packages are a discount off the normal hourly rate depending on the number of hours purchased. Hourly Packages are:

· Purchased in advance & must be used within 30 days of first scheduled service

· No refunds for unused time and no carry over month to month

· Mileage Policy Applies

· Cost of merchandise and/or any fee responsibility of client (deposit may be required)

· Hourly Packages includes roundtrip travel & service time

· Time in excess of package due & payable upon receipt of invoice

Mileage Policy

· First 10 miles of travel included (except where specifically noted)

· Mileage over 10 miles of travel currently billable at $.59/mile

· May not be included in & additional to gift certificate time 

Payments

· Payment expected prior to service unless otherwise arranged & agreed. Cash, check, credit card via Google Checkout accepted

· $35 fee assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed by bank

· Accounts 14 days past due incur late fee

· Accounts 30 days past due incur finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum.)
